Each of these vendors are very professional and are experience at our Venue. If you’re having a Santa Barbara Destination Wedding, it can be difficult to narrow down your search when you live so far, but we want to make your life easy; so we’ve decided to provide you with a list of our absolute favorite vendors in the area.
We want you to enjoy your special day. You shouldn’t be running around directing vendors and telling people where to place items. Your job on your wedding day is to love, be loved and enjoy your friends and family as you celebrate your marriage together. You want to remember this day for the rest of your life and a great photographer will help you do exactly that. They will stop time and allow you to see so many special moments, even the behind the scene happenings. Getting your wedding photos back and seeing them for the first time is extremely special and we have a list of the ultimate photographers around, just for you.

Bands and DJs. This is the soundtrack of your life. The entertainment style you choose can be a perfect reflection of what you want your wedding day to be like. Your style and energy can be found in the DJ or Band of your choosing. Have fun with it and your guests will definitely enjoy moving to the beat. Our only request is that you don’t have Brass Instruments or Mariachis; although lovely as they are, the sound can travel for miles.

The multitude of styles and types of florals you can choose for your wedding is breathtaking. It’s one of our favorite details. So much thought and love goes into it and the beauty it brings is absolutely unforgettable. Our preferred florists are extremely talented and we think you’ll love them too.
Transportation & Valet
Getting your guests to arrive and depart safely with an experienced transportation company makes parking worry free. We require a Valet Service for all weddings and have a designated valet company that will treat your guest’s vehicles with love and care. Depending on where your guests are coming from, you can also choose to hire shuttles to pick up and drop off some of your guests. Often Couples decide to hire a Party Bus at the end of the evening here at the Ranch and then transport guests downtown to celebrate the night away. Ubers and Lift drivers are readily available as well.

Lighting & Draping
Although we already provide beautiful lighting for your wedding at HeartStone Ranch, you may choose to light up the night in your own way to make your special day more unique to you. If you want lighting besides the string lights over the dance area, valet and restroom areas, we have the perfect company for you. They also provide gorgeous draping perfect for the ceremony areas.
If you choose to have other vendors that are not listed, they must be pre-approved. But we can assure you, our list is extensive and full of the very best professionals in the Santa Barbara Area.
